Stefani Kay Weissert, 51, was born in Scottsdale, Ariz. on Sept. 11, 1967 and left us unexpectedly on Thursday, April 11,2019.
She grew up in Scottsdale and Phoenix then moved to Payson in 2001. She was involved in Special Olympics for many years participating in track and field, swimming,
bowling, snowshoe and even rhythmic gymnastics. She tried to be the best teammate she could. She was kind, compassionate, patient and loved everyone. She made
friends wherever she went and was loved by all that she came in contact with. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles H. Weissert; her grandparents, aunts,
uncles and a couple of cousins. She is survived by her mother, Bevereley J. Robison; stepfather, Rob Robison; her sisters, Shirlee L. and Kelli J. Weissert; as well as three
uncles, 2 aunts and several cousins.
There will be a viewing at 9 a.m. and services at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints in Payson, AZ on Aero and Ponderosa.
A lunch will follow services for family and out of town guests. The family and those who choose to will then proceed to the cemetery.
Donations can be given in Stefani’s name to the Arizona Special Olympics Payson in lieu of flowers.
