Barbara Ann, (nee Zurawik) age 74 of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on October 20th, 2017 in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was born in Chicago, IL on October 11, 1943. Barbara is survived by her husband Gene F Dorsch; sons Gene E (Jennifer), Randall and Russell (Victoria) Dorsch; grandchildren Sarah, Jeffrey, Tyler and Hailey; sisters Florence and Donna. Also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
