Robert David Coleman, 66, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away from a heart attack on Friday, November 22, 2019.
Bob was born on June 23, 1953 to Robert F. Coleman and Betty Bonner, in Ferndale, Michigan. He was the second of three children and graduated from Southfield-Lathrup High School in 1971.
He married Diane (Milhizer) Cizewski in 1975 and they were married for 34 years. He started working for Yellow Freight in 1977, and was promoted up through the company to Regional Director of Sales, retiring after 32 years. He then pursued his other interests in real estate and insurance, earning his real estate license.
Bob is survived by his three children, Karen Watson, Kathleen Coleman, and Edward Coleman; parents Robert F. Coleman and Betty Bonner; sister, Linda Wainman; brother Patrick Coleman and many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Bob was a loving son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather and friend who loved his family very much.
Bob was an amazing man who touched so many lives. He was full of life and would always light up any room with his positive and fun energy. He was always there when you needed him. He loved his sports and cars, especially the Detroit Tigers and his beloved Lions. He spent his free time living life to the fullest and enjoying his family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on December 14, 2019 at 11 am at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 10815 N. 84th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Immediately following, join family and friends at California Pizza Kitchen, 10100 N. Scottsdale Road, AZ 85253, with a private room to share a Bobby story and a farewell toast.
