John Joseph Ristuccia

June 11, 1932 ~ March 7, 2020 (age 87)

Obituary

John Ristuccia Sr was 87 years old.  Born in Brooklyn NY, he lived in Arizona for the past 44 years, loving every minute of the warm weather. Sadly, he passed away on March 7th. He is survived by his wife Marge, his daughter Linda,  son John and three loving grandchildren, Alex, Dina and Taylor.  As a young man, John served in both the Coast Guard and then the Army, where he was a medic stationed in Okinawa Japan.  There he made and maintained many lifelong friendships. John will always be remembered by his warm smile, amazing sense of humor and caring demeanor that was unmatched. Along with his lifelong love and career in the greeting card and printing industry, he was also an inventor.  Among other things, he invented the snap-on business card, which was a unique business card that snapped right into a Rolodex file... back when that was actually a thing. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Kidney Fund.
