Lenore "Berni" Bernadette Fitzpatrick

Lenore “Berni” Fitzpatrick was born in Derby, Connecticut on March 26, 1944. Her soul departed this world on March 14, 2023. She was the daughter of James P. and Nora Meade Fitzpatrick. She grew up in Ansonia, Connecticut where she was an Executive Assistant at Farrel Corporation for many years. She spent her later years in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is survived by her sister Anne Fitzpatrick Root and brother-in-law Donald Root as well as nieces and nephews James H. Fitzpatrick, Sharon Hering, Elizabeth Root, Kathleen Patrick, Joseph Fitzpatrick, Jeanne Braunstein, Roger Fitzpatrick, Linda Colangelo, Diane Fitzpatrick, and Cheryl Ferraro. She was predeceased by her parents and her siblings James J. Fitzpatrick, Norman Fitzpatrick, Francis Robert Fitzpatrick, and Judith Fitzpatrick as well as nieces and nephews James Paul Fitzpatrick, Robert Fitzpatrick, Lenore Jalbert, Paul Fitzpatrick and Anne Statezny, and her beloved canine companion Wendy. She will be sorely missed by her family and her dear friends Sharon Stahl, Maureen Boylan and Jackie Broosan. A visitation will be held on Tuesday March 21st from 5-7 PM at Messinger Mortuaries 7601 E. Indian School Rd. Scottsdale and a funeral Mass will be held on Wedsnesday at 11 AM at St. Patricks Catholic Church, Scottsdale.
