Virginia M. Worfolk, 69, of Scottsdale passed away peacefully at her home on June 12th, 2022 after a long battle with kidney disease. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett Worfolk and Lillian (Roth) Worfolk. She is survived by her brother Everett, sister Joan and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Virginia was born September 18th, 1952 in Flushing, New York and was a New Yorker through and through.
She graduated high school in 1970 and received her Masters in Education from Saint John's University in New York. After teaching for several years, she became interested in tax accounting and eventually started her own tax business. She loved her work because it gave her the opportunity to make many friends and she enjoyed getting to know her clients and their families.
Virginia was a hard worker and even though she lived life through many challenges, was able to do much traveling especially enjoying locations with a beach. She was a larger than life person who lived the motto "I did it my way". Virginia touched the lives of so many people and will be missed by all who knew her.
