Coping with the loss of a pet can be difficult. We understand that each person’s relationship with their furry, feathered, or scaled companion is deeply personal. Messinger’s knows the importance of honoring our loved ones, why should our pets be any different? This is why Messinger’s has chosen to extend the same level of dignity and respect to pet families by providing cremation services through Entrusted Pets.
Cremation Options
We feel it is important for our families to know and understand their options when it comes time to say goodbye. There are three different types of options when it comes to cremation services for animals.
- PRIVATE CREMATION
Private cremation is when only one pet is present in the cremation chamber during the cremation. After the cremation is completed your pet’s ashes will be returned to you. - INDIVIDUAL/SEMI PRIVATE CREMATION
Individual or Semi Private cremation is when your pet shares the cremation chamber with a few other pets. Each pet is placed in a separate designated area during the cremation, once this process is completed your pet’s ashes will be returned to you. - COMMUNAL CREMATION
Communal cremation is chosen when families choose not to have their pet’s ashes returned to them but want them to be cared for in a dignified manner. Once the communal cremation has taken place their ashes are then placed in an ossuary at Mountain Meadows Memorial Park near the town of Payson, AZ.
Memorial Products
We offer a wide range or memorial products and keepsakes to help memorialize your pet. We can create meaningful keepsakes, including clay paw prints and personalized urns and jewelry. Please reach out to our staff for more details on your memorial options.
Euthanasia
Having to make the hard decision to say goodbye to our pets is one that no pet owner wants to make. We understand what difficult and personal time this can be. Although we do not perform Euthanasia services, we work closely with a number of Mobile Vets that have the ability to travel to your home or one of our Entrusted Pets locations to perform the euthanasia. We are committed to honoring the special bond between an owner and their companion. Choosing in home euthanasia allows for your pet to feel more relaxed and at peace in an environment they are comfortable in.
